North Shore Mustangs go undefeated in regular season

Last Saturday night the North Shore Mustangs beat the Lanaudiere Rhinos 55-0 to go 10-0 for the regular season.

Touchdowns were scored by QB Jay Mackay; Receivers Simon Lacroix (2) and Jelani McLaren; Running backs Mathew John; Mathew Knot and Mike Soucy. Kicker/receiver Daniel Perrault converted all PATs and had 2 FGs.

This helped the Mustangs power to a 55-0 win. Head Coach Jason Jourdenais was quoted “It is nice to go 10-0 for the season, but nobody remembers a league champion; now the real season starts”

Defensively, Kyle MacGregor, Alex Gascon had strong games and Schneider Charles had his first interception.

The Mustangs play their first playoff game on Glenn McHugh Field @ 7:30pm Saturday October 31 in DDO against the Laval North Scorpions
